Matteo is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati. 

Matteo advises mainly on corporate and commercial extraordinary transactions, including, M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Joint Ventures.  Furthermore, he is often involved in debt restructuring transactions or turnaround acquisitions.

In addition, Matteo’s experience includes litigation and he provides assistance in relation to corporate, commercial and contract matters.

Before founding Giovannelli e Associati, Matteo worked in Genova, London and Milan at important Italian and international firms.

Matteo graduated in law in 1999 at Università degli Studi di Genova and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2002.
