Alessandra assists Italian and foreign clients in the fields of intellectual property and privacy in various sectors, including those of luxury, fashion, technology and in particular software, as well as scientific research.
She regularly assists clients on legal issues relating to trademarks, designs, patents, copyright, domain names, IP portfolio management, as well as privacy and personal data processing, technology transfer, research and development, information technology, e-commerce , unfair competition and advertising law.
During her professional experience, Alessandra has also gained a consolidated experience in the field of commercial contracts, including the drafting and negotiation of complex international commercial agreements, including licensing and distribution agreements.
Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Alessandra worked for important Italian and international law firms and she led the intellectual property department she created at the Italian office of an international firm.
Adjunct professor of commercial law at Bocconi University, she is the author of publications on commercial law.
Alessandra graduated in business and economics at Bocconi University and in law at the University of Insubria in Como. She was admitted to practice in 2008.
