Giovannelli e Associati assisted DeA Capital Real Estate SGR as the management company of a real estate investment fund, fully subscribed by funds attributable to BentallGreenOak, in the context of a financing transaction of Euro 240 million related to a real estate portfolio for logistics use consisting of 13 properties for more than 400 thousand square meters of floor space owned by the fund.
The financing has been made available by IBG Italia.
