Giovannelli e Associati advised White Bridge Investments II S.p.A. and Tikedo S.r.l., leader in the labels production, in connection with a senior secured loan made available by funds managed by Eurazeo Global Investor for the purpose of refinancing Tikedo’s existing indebtedness and supporting Tikedo group’s growth through acquisitions and investments.
