QC Spa of Wonders, a company active in the Italian wellness and spa tourism sector, has been advised by Giovannelli e Associati with a team led by partner Valerio Fontanesi and comprised by senior associate Gaetano Petroni and associate Massimo Giordano and Chiara Ricchetti in relation to a financing underwritten by Banco BPM (global coordinator and bookrunner), BPER CIB, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (Cdp), Crédit Agricole Italia and Intesa Sanpaolo.
The group operates a chain of spas and wellness hotels in Italy and other countries, offering day-spa experiences that include a range of wellness services such as thermal baths, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation rooms, and has become the most important and innovative corporate group in the wellness tourism sector in Italy.
