Giovannelli e Associati with Kryalos SGR on the acquisition of the Forum Palermo shopping center

Kryalos SGR, a private asset management company and one of the leading players in the Italian real estate market, completed the acquisition of the Forum Palermo Shopping Center through the recently established real estate fund “Sun”, which is mainly underwritten by funds managed by Hayfin Capital Management. This transaction marks the first acquisition of the Sun fund, which was created to explore investment opportunities in the retail sector.

Giovannelli e Associati assisted Kryalos SGR for the entire part related to the financing with a team led by partner Valerio Fontanesi assisted by senior associate Gaetano Petroni and associate Massimo Giordano.
