The team of Giovannelli e Associati was led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and comprised associate Paola Cairoli and trainee Camilla Bolognini for the corporate aspects, partner Eugenio Romita and associate Antonello Lops for the tax aspects, and by of counsel Giuseppe Matarazzo for the labour aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
