IDeA Agro, a thematic fund dedicated to investments in companies in the agricultural sector, managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, through the establishment of the vehicle company Agro AVO, has launched an agricultural development operation involving the implementation of an avocado plant in Sicily on an area of around 100 hectares in the province of Syracuse, in strategic partnership with S.P.O. Zentrum and Jingold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S.P.O. Zentrum, the local operating partner in the transaction, is a Sicilian company specialized in fruit (citrus fruits especially) and vegetable products, while Jingold, the commercial and product partner in the transaction, is a global player in the breeding and marketing kiwi sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giovannelli e Associati assisted IDeA Agro in all legal aspects of the investment, with a team led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti Angeli and composed by senior associate Paola Cairoli and associate Camilla Lanzafame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
