Aks\u00eca SGR, through Aks\u00eca Capital VI and MHI Group, acquired 100% of Amare Group, the marine components business of Amare S.r.l.. The transaction consolidates MHI Group\u2019s aggregation strategy, bringing together Amare and Seasmart\u2014a company acquired by Aks\u00eca in November 2025\u2014to create an Italian platform for premium components and accessories for yachts and superyachts. As part of the transaction, Michele Benvenuto Preziuso, the company\u2019s founder, will reinvest alongside Aks\u00eca and continue to lead Amare Group as CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giovannelli e Associati advised Aks\u00eca on the tax aspects of the transaction, as well as on the structuring of the acquisition, with a team led by partners Diego De Francesco and Saverio Pizzi and comprising associates Martina Franceschi, Lorenzo Paliaga, and Manuel Bonechi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
