Raffaele de Ruvo | of Counsel
Raffaele is of counsel at Giovannelli e Associati.
He advises on corporate and commercial law matters either in consultancy (on ordinary base and extraordinary transactions) or in litigation matters, as well as with contracts between companies, banks and investors, including debt restructuring. His experience also includes advice on real estate intermediation law.
Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Raffaele worked at leading law firms in Italy and abroad.
He is author of monographies and business law articles for leading national editing houses and he taught business law at the Forensic School.
Raffaele graduated cum laude in 1997 in law at the University of Bari and was admitted to the Bar Association in 2001.
