Pasquale is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.
Pasquale specializes in dispute resolution and has gained a significant experience on the areas of banking, finance, corporate and insolvency, for the main domestic and international financial institutions. Pasquale spent the initial years of his career working on criminal law matters and has built on that experience to develop a practice in investigation proceedings by Consob or by the Public Prosecution in relation to white collar crimes and crimes against companies and public entities.
Prior to joining Giovannelli e Associati, Pasquale worked at important Italian and international law firms.
Pasquale graduated in law (Magna cum Laude) at LUISS University in Rome and specialized in civil law at Università degli Studi of Naples "Federico II". Since 2013 Pasquale is admitted as Cassazionista before the Italian Supreme Court.
