Aldo is of Counsel at Giovannelli e Associati.

His practice focuses mainly on commercial and corporate law and, in particular, on sale and purchase agreements of equity interests or going concerns, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, joint-venture agreements and related corporate issues as well as on commercial agreements (toll manufacturing agreements, turn-key contracts, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements etc.). 

Before joining Giovanelli e Associati, Aldo worked for leading Italian and international law firms in Milan and London.

Aldo graduated in law at Università degli Studi di Milano in 1996 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1999.
