Alessandro is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.
Alessandro advises primarily on mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and restructurings. During the years, Alessandro specialized in the assistance to private equity funds or entrepreneurs in relation to investment transactions or divestitures of companies in Italy or abroad.
Alessandro has also advised on several national and international arbitrations relating to M&A transactions and joint ventures.
Before founding Giovannelli e Associati, Alessandro worked at important Italian and international firms, in Milan, London and Hong Kong.
Alessandro graduated in law in 1992 at Università degli Studi di Milano and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1995. Since 2016 he is admitted as Cassazionista before the Italian Supreme Court.
