Andrea is counsel at Giovannelli e Associati. 
Andrea advises Italian and foreign private equity funds, international groups, SMEs and listed companies on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and other corporate, commercial and restructuring matters.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Andrea worked in the corporate and M&A team of leading law firms in Milan. He gained a Ph.D. in corporate law in 2014.

Andrea graduated in law in 2009 at Università degli Studi di Milano and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2013.
