Andrea is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.
Andrea assists industrial groups and Italian and international companies in matters of labor law and labor law litigation. He also provides labor law assistance in relation to M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the negotiation of management/executive employment contracts and the preparation of management incentive plans, including in the context of listing processes.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Andrea has worked for leading Italian law firms.

Andrea graduated in Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2010 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2013.
