Andrea is counsel at Giovannelli e Associati. 
Andrea provides tax advice to Italian and foreign private equity funds, international groups on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructuring and management incentive plan and other ordinary tax matters.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Andrea worked in the tax M&A team of leading law firms in Milan.

Andrea graduated in economics in 2012 at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and was admitted to the Italian Chartered Accountants register and Italian Accountants Auditor register in 2015.
