Antonio is a senior associate at Giovannelli e Associati.

Antonio specialises in banking and finance law and in corporate crisis and debt restructuring. Antonio assists Italian and foreign clients (distressed companies, banks and investors) in domestic and cross-border debt restructuring transactions, both in the context of out-of-court crisis resolution instruments and in insolvency proceedings.
Antonio also assists banks, debt funds and companies in relation to corporate lending, LBO, acquisition financing and asset finance transactions. 

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Antonio worked in a leading international law firm in Milan. Antonio graduated in law in 2018 from the University of Trento and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2021.
