Enrico is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.
Enrico advises primarily on mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and restructurings.  During the years, Enrico specialized in the assistance to private equity funds or entrepreneurs in relation to investment transactions or divestitures of companies in Italy or abroad and he also dealt with joint ventures between industrial companies.

Enrico worked at important Italian and international firms whose he was partner since 2018. Enrico graduated in law in the 2003 with highest honours at Università degli Studi di Brescia and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006.
