Francesco is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.

He specializes on corporate law and extraordinary transactions. He regularly advises private equity funds and industrial clients on M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border), in turnaround and corporate carve-out contexts as well as on related corporate law matters. Francesco has also gained a solid experience in commercial contracts. 

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Francesco had been working for ten years at the Milan office of a primary international law firm.

He graduated in law at the Bocconi University Law School of Milan in 2006 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011.
