Gaetano is a senior associate at Giovannelli e Associati.

Gaetano advises private equity funds, financial sponsors, lenders, debt funds and borrowers in the Italian market and in cross-border transactions in debt capital markets (high yield, unitranche and minibonds), real estate finance and acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Gaetano worked in leading law firms in Milan and London. Gaetano graduated from Bocconi University Law School of Milan in 2010 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2014.
