Gianni is of counsel at Giovannelli e Associati.

Gianni's practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, mainly on mergers and acquisition and private equity.

Gianni’s activity includes also dispute resolution, in particular arbitration proceedings. He was member of the Disciplinary Board of the Italian Football League from 2001 to 2005.

He graduated in law at the Università degli Studi di Genova in 1970 and was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 1976.
