Laura is counsel at Giovannelli e Associati.
Laura advises Italian and foreign private equity funds, international groups, SMEs, listed companies and banks on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and other corporate matters, corporate finance and restructurings.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Laura worked in the corporate and M&A team of leading law firms in Milan. Laura graduated from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli Law School of Rome in 2008 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011.
