Laura is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.
Laura advises Italian and international investment funds, search funds, family offices, investors active in club deals, industrial groups, SMEs, listed companies and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestments, leveraged buyouts, and investment structuring, as well as on corporate law and corporate finance matters.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Laura worked in the corporate and M&A team of leading law firms in Milan. Laura graduated from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli Law School of Rome in 2008 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011.
