During the years, Paolo specialized in the assistance to institutional investors, such as private equity funds and banks, and to multinational corporations assisting them also coordinating cross-border transactions.

Before reaching Giovannelli e Associati, Paolo has gained twenty years of experience at leading Milanese firms.

Paolo graduated in economics in 2003 at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and became Dottore Commercialista e Revisore dei Conti in 2007. Through the years, Paolo attended to courses and groups focused on international tax law.
