Rodolfo specializes on regulatory matters related to the collective asset management - with specific regard to alternative investments, the set-up of investment vehicles reserved to professional investors operating in the venture capital and private equity sector, the marketing of investment funds, structured finance transactions, acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions and derivatives. 

He assists funds, management companies, banks, investment firms both Italian and foreign, as well as financial intermediaries in fulfilling regulatory requirements pertaining to collective asset management, the provision of investment services, banking services and payment services.

Rodolfo graduated in law in 2010 from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2013.
