Saverio advises multinational enterprises based in Italy on their day-to-day activities in corporate tax, VAT, customs matters, and M&A transactions. He also advises private equity funds operating both in Italy and abroad, providing tax advice in connection with the structuring of acquisitions.

Saverio has gained extensive experience in advising high-net-worth individuals who wish to move their tax residence to or from Italy.

Saverio graduated in 2001 with a degree in Economics and Business, and in 2003 he obtained a Master’s degree in Tax Law. He has been admitted to the Italian Chartered Accountants Roll since 2006.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Saverio was a partner at a leading Italian law firm.
