Serena is a senior associate at Giovannelli e Associati.

Serena provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients, mainly private equity funds, international groups and industrial clients, in relation to M&A transactions and corporate law related matters. She has also developed experience in 231 compliance matters.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Serena worked in the corporate and M&A team of a leading international   law firm in Milan.

Serena graduated in law in 2010 at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan and was admitted to the Italian bar in 2015.
