Serena is counsel at Giovannelli e Associati.
Serena advises on corporate law and extraordinary transactions. She regularly advises private equity funds and industrial clients on M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border), especially in turnaround and corporate carve-out contexts, as well as on related corporate law matters. Serena has also gained a solid experience in compliance matters under the Law Decree 231/2001.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Serena has worked at the Milan office of a primary international law firm.

She graduated in law at the Bocconi University Law School of Milan in 2010 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2015.
