Giovannelli e Associati grows with Bartolucci, Sinopoli, Mocarelli and Marcantonio

Giovannelli e Associati, a boutique law firm founded by Alessandro Giovannelli, Matteo Delucchi, Fabrizio Scaparro and Matteo Colombari, announces another step in its strategic development project, through the strengthening of corporate, capital markets and finance practices.

Andrea Bartolucci, Liviano Sinopoli and Michele Mocarelli join as partners while Marcello Marcantonio joins as of counsel.

Andrea Bartolucci has a wide international experience in capital markets, with a focus on first-time listings and IPOs and tender offers and exchange offers.  Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Mr. Bartolucci was a partner at d’Urso Gatti e Bianchi and Allen & Overy.

Liviano Sinopoli, a corporate and litigation lawyer, founded in 2013 his boutique Studio Legale Sinopoli & Partners, after long time spent at R&P Legal.  Mr. Sinopoli joins Giovannelli e Associati with his team, comprising other three associates.

Michele Mocarelli focuses his activity in finance and restructuring and arrives from Pavia e Ansaldo, where he has been a partner since 2007.

Marcello Marcantonio has a wide experience in international M&A, restructuring and capital markets transactions, such as IPOs and tender and exchange offers. He founded Studio Legale Marcantonio in 2009 after working at Erede e Associati and Allen & Overy and, as a partner, at Studio d’Urso. Mr. Marcantonio joins Giovannelli e Associati with his firm.

With the hires, the firm, which has been already active on the market in some of the most important transactions in Italy, confirms and consolidates its all-round corporate identity, covering all key areas in the fields of corporate, finance and capital markets.  The Firm now can count on 20 professionals, including seven partners.
