Giovannelli e Associati advised Argos Soditic on the sale of a majority stake of the share capital of D.I.MAR S.r.l. t (a frozen fish retail chain active under the trademark “Sapore di Mare”) to investment funds managed by Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners.
Argos Soditic is an independent European private equity group managing funds that invest in medium sized companies.
