Giovannelli e Associati is advising Ardian, the French private equity investment company, in the acquisition of a majority stake of Dedalus Holding, owner of Dedalus S.p.A., the highly regarded global clinical health software provider both in Italy than abroad.
The team of Giovanelli e Associati is led by partner Alessandro Giovannelli and Fabrizio Scaparro and includes partners Andrea Bartolucci for the financial markets, Michele Mocarelli for the financing aspects and associates Beatrice Riva, Paola Pagani and Marketa Luhanova, and Gabriella Scionti for the antitrust aspects.
