The UK private equity fund Investindustrial Growth acquired the majority stake of the Dispensa Emilia Group, a food service company engaged in the production of typical food and beverage products from the Emilia region, through the combination of purchase of shares and capital increase.
Giovannelli e Associati advised the investor on the tax due diligence, the tax structuring of the investment and the incentive plan for the management.
