Giovannelli e Associati advised Italmatch Chemicals S.p.A., a global specialty chemical group leader in the production and marketing of performance additives for lubricants, industrial water & process treatment, oil & gas, and plastics, in the acquisition, through its local subsidiary Italmatch Do Brazil Partipações Ltda, of the entire share capital of Sudamfos do Brasil from Sudamfos Argentina S.A. and other shareholders.
