Giovannelli e Associati continues its expansion and creates a tax practice with the hire of Gaetano Salvioli as a new partner

Gaetano Salvioli has 25 years of experience in international and national taxation, with a focus on advising private equity funds and multinational companies on corporate and group taxation, reorganizations and acquisitions. Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Mr. Salvioli worked, among others, for Studio Spadacini and Deloitte.

With this hire, the firm, which has been recognized as one of the most active on the Italian market for M&A transactions in 2015, confirms its all-round corporate identity and continues to grow in strategic and contiguous areas, after covering finance, capital markets and litigation.

The Firm now can count on twenty professionals, including eight partners.
