Giovannelli e Associati with Guala Closures on its listing on the Milan Stock Exchange, after its business combination with Space4.
Space4 is an italian SPAC listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. Guala Closures S.p.A. is a market leader in the production of aluminum and “non-refillable” closures.
The team of Giovannelli e Associati comprised partner Fabrizio Scaparro and associates Paola Pagani and Lilia Montella.
