Benvic, an Italian company belonging to the homonym French chemical group operating in various European countries, refinanced its intra-group indebtedness with new loans provided by a pool of international banks and credit funds at the level of the French parent company Benvic SAS.
Giovannelli e Associati advised both the Italian and the French company with a team composed by partner Eugenio Romita and associate Antonello Lops.
