Giovannelli e Associati with Ardian on its investment in Translated

Giovannelli e Associati advised Ardian, one of the world’s leading private equity houses, through the Ardian Growth fund, on a $30 million investment round in Translated. Translated is an Italy and US-based company that pioneered the use of artificial intelligence to support professional translators.

Fabrizio Scaparro led the firm’s team, which also included Paola Cairoli, Augusto Fracasso and Marco Tapparo for corporate matters, Eugenio Romita and Giusy Antonelli for tax matters, Alessandra Feller, Giulia Iozzia and Ginevra Lombardi for IP and privacy matters, and Giuseppe Matarazzo for labor matters.
