Giovannelli e Associati with Argos Wityu Fund on the acquisition of a majority stake in SB Italia

Pan-European private equity group Argos Wityu, which has been active for more than 30 years with a main focus in the European mid-market and a cross-sector and cross-border approach to investments, has acquired a majority stake in SB Italia, a Digital Innovation Company specializing in IT solutions and services for the management, integration and digitization of business processes.
