Blacksheep MadTech Fund, first European vertical fund specializing in investments in digital technologies applied to the digital marketing and advertising sectors, has finalized an investment in Blendee S.r.l., a company created by the integration of the skills of Neodata Group S.p.A. and Ad Spray S.r.l.

Blendee S.r.l. is a newly developed Customer Data Platform (CDP), the first European solution that allows marketing and communication players to rely on what is called MOS (Marketing Operating System).
