Giovannelli e Associati advised Argos Wityu on the signing of a contract for the purchase of the entire share capital of Sicura S.p.A. from Rekeep S.p.A.
Argos Wityu is a pan-European private equity fund with a track record of over thirty years.
Sicura is the leader on a domestic scale in the offer of integrated services, products and solutions for fire safety, workplace safety, workplace health, machine safety and control.
The closing of the transaction is expected by the end of February 2020.
