Giovannelli e Associati advised Azimut Libera Impresa SGR on the acquisition of a majority stake in Sicer S.p.A. Azimut, one of the largest independent asset management operators in Europe, acted on behalf of Private Equity fund Demos 1, the first closed-end retail Private Equity fund in the world.
Sicer S.p.A. is a company based in Fiorano Modenese (MO) and one of the world leaders in the design, production and distribution of special chemical products for the glazing and decoration of ceramic tiles.
