Giovannelli e Associati advised Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A. on the investment in Albert Group, a historic Italian producer of semi-finished and finished products for ice cream parlours and pastry shops, and in the German company Albertino.
Azimut, one of the largest independent asset management operators in Europe, acted on behalf of the fund AZ Eltif Ophelia. Giovannelli e Associati team was led by partner Alessandro Giovannelli and included associate Giulia Contestabile.
