Equita Capital SGR – the alternative asset manager belonging to Equita Group – launched “Equita Smart Capital – ELTIF”, the alternative “PIR compliant” European Long Term Investment Fund which will invest in private equity, public equity e private debt targeted to Italian small and medium enterprises.
Our firm assisted Equita Capital SGR on the tax aspects of the fund structure (with focus on its compatibility with the PIR tax rules), the carried interest, the fund rules and the offering prospectus as well as the relationship with the placement agents. Our team was led by partner Eugenio Romita and composed by senior associate Antonello Lops.
