Giovannelli e Associati advised IDeA Agro

Giovannelli e Associati assisted IDeA Agro on a project for the creation of a specialized olive grove of over 300 hectares, located on the border between Lazio and Tuscany, dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.
IDeA Agro is a thematic fund dedicated to investments in companies in the agricultural sector, managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR.

The team of Giovanelli e Associati was led by partner Gianvittorio Giroletti Angeli assisted by associate Paola Cairoli for the corporate/M&A related matters, and by partner Michele Mocarelli for the financing aspects assisted by associate Maria Costa.
