Giovannelli e Associati advised MooRER SpA and the controlling shareholder Moreno Faccincani, on the sale of a minority stake to Borletti Group.
MooRER SpA is a luxury fashion brand specializing in manufacturing of outwear. Borletti group is an independent investment company specialized in private equity transactions, founded by Maurizio Borletti and Paolo de Spirt in 2005.
Fabrizio Scaparro led the firm’s team, which comprised also Niccolò Giuffré, Paola Pagani and Matilde Finucci.
