Giovannelli e Associati assisted Neopharmed Gentili, a pharmaceutical company specializing in the commercialization of high-value therapeutic solutions controlled by Ardian together with the Del Bono family, in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Valeas, a Milan-based pharmaceutical company active in the pediatric, bronchopneumological, rhinopneumatic and neuropsychiatric sectors.
