Giovannelli e Associati continues its strategic growth with the hiring of Diego De Francesco and Marco Ettorre as partners in the tax department.

Diego and Marco join Giovannelli e Associati with a broader team including Paolo Ferrandi, Saverio Pizzi, Andrea Tognon, Elisa Resmini and Angela Colantonio.

The firm consolidates its tax department, founded by Eugenio Romita, bringing the number of tax partners to six and the total number of professionals in the team to over 20, strengthening the firm’s offering in taxation related to private capital transactions and complex tax litigation.

Giovannelli e Associati reaches approximately 100 professionals, achieving an important step of its straetgic growth plan.
