Giovannelli e Associati is advising Space4 S.p.A., an Italian SPAC listed on the MIV market / SIV segment of Italian Stock Exchange, on its business combination with Guala Closures, market leader in the production of aluminum and “non-refillable” closures.
Following the business combination with Space4, Guala Closures will be listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. The team of Giovannelli e Associati comprises partner Fabrizio Scaparro and associates Paola Pagani and Lilia Montella.
