Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A. – on behalf of AZIMUT ELTIF – Private Equity Ophelia fund – has signed a binding agreement to enter into the share capital of Longevity S.p.A. with a stake close to 30% through the simultaneous purchase of shares and subscription of a capital increase aimed to accelerate Company’s current development plans.
Longevity is a company active in the “biohacking & anti-aging” sector with cutting-edge aesthetic technologies, synergistic manual treatments, nutritional detox products and a line of cosmeceuticals signed the Longevity Suite.
