Giovannelli e Associati on the sale of the majority stake into General&Pharma to Pet Being

The shareholders of General&Pharma, a company active in the development and production of nutritional supplements for pets, sold a majority stake equal to 66% of the share capital to Pet Being, a company operating in the pet care and pet health sector.

Giovannelli e Associati advised the sellers with a team led by partners Alessandro Giovannelli and Pasquale Marini and comprising counsel Serena Germani and associate Filippo Noci.
