Giovannelli e Associati continues its strategic growth, boosting its corporate and M&A practice with Enrico Troianiello who is joining the firm as partner.
Enrico mainly deals with extraordinary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and corporate restructuring. Over the years, he has specialized in assisting private equity funds and entrepreneurs in investment or divestment transactions in Italy and abroad.
Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Enrico worked with leading Italian and international law firms.
Enrico joins Giovannelli e Associati together with Giacomo Mario Pino as a senior associate.
