Giovannelli e Associati with Alto Partners Partners (Alto Capital V) and Arca Space Capital on the acquisition of Eurosirel

Alto Capital V, a private equity fund managed by Alto Partners, and Arca Space Capital, a private equity fund promoted by Arca Fondi, in partnership with Space Capital Advisors, entered into a binding agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Eurosirel, a leading manufacturer and marketer of innovative devices for medication (“wound care”) and cosmetics intended for a diversified customer base of primary national and international standing such as large-scale retail operators, pharmacies, specialty retailers and pharmaceutical companies.

Alto Capital V and Arca Space Capital will acquire 100% of Eurosirel through a vehicle controlled and managed on a 50/50 basis. The transaction is expected to close within June 2024 after the required clearances from the competent regulatory authorities.

Giovannelli e Associati is assisting Alto Capital V and Arca Space Capital on all legal aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Fabrizio Scaparro and comprising senior associate Laura Bernardi and associates Lilia Montella, Alessandra Gritti and Ilaria Meda for all corporate aspects and partner Riccardo Pontremoli for aspects related to the Golden Power filing.
